Message from our CEO
I’ve never believed that expertise has to live in a single lane.
My career has taken me through education, science, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, technology, leadership development, and organizational learning. Each experience has taught me something different about how people think, how organizations work, and what it takes to turn complex information into something people can actually understand and use.
That breadth is one of my greatest strengths.
I’m naturally curious, and I enjoy stepping into unfamiliar environments, learning how the pieces connect, and asking the questions that uncover what people really need to know and do. I combine that curiosity with learning strategy, systems thinking, instructional design, and business understanding to create learning experiences that fit the organization, its people, and its goals.
I may not arrive as the expert in your industry, but I know how to learn your world, partner with the people who know it best, and transform their expertise into learning that works.
